Locate and open live_streams.sii in a text editor

Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\live_streams.sii

Inside the live_streams_data block, add these lines (increment the array index to match the last entry)

stream_data[]: .live_stream_data.omeradio live_stream_data.omeradio : live_stream_data { name: "OME Radio" stream_name: "OME Radio" url: "https://nexus.omeradio.com/listen/omeradio/radio.mp3" genre: "Various" language: "en" bitrate: 128 favorite: false }

Save the file, launch ETS2 and tune your in-cab radio — OME Radio will appear in the live stations list

Add this line inside the XML file, then save

Launch FS25 — use 5 to toggle radio, 4 / 6 to cycle stations until you reach OME Radio
